This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website and make a purchase.

Personal Data We Collect
When you place an order, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address (including postcode and state)
We do NOT collect payment card details or banking credentials. These are handled securely by HitPay. We do not collect identification card numbers, date of birth, or any sensitive personal data as defined under the PDPA.

J&T Express — Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared solely for delivery purposes.
HitPay — Your email and order details are shared for payment processing only. Goldvion Jewellery Gifting does not have access to your card or banking details.
We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for seven (7) years from your last transaction, as required under Malaysian statutory obligations. After this period, your data will be securely and permanently deleted.
Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdraw consent for processing based solely on consent
- Limit processing of your personal data in certain circumstances

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. All payment transactions are processed by HitPay using SSL/TLS encryption. Goldvion Jewellery Gifting does not store payment credentials. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms including our Instagram profile (@goldvion.jewellery). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any external websites.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY NOTICE
Our Position on Children’s Data
Goldman Lifestyle PLT, trading as Goldvion Jewellery Gifting, does NOT knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from children under the age of 18 years. Our website and products are not directed at children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide any personal information and do not make a purchase without direct parental or guardian involvement.
Purchases by Persons Under 18
Under Malaysian law, the age of legal majority is 18 years old (Age of Majority Act 1971). If you are below 18 years of age:

We Are Not Responsible for Unsupervised Minor Access
Goldvion Jewellery Gifting is not responsible for personal data submitted by a minor who accesses our website without parental supervision or consent. Please email goldvionjewellery@gmail.com with subject line “Children’s Data Request”, including your full name, your child’s name, and the relevant order number. We will acknowledge within 7 business days and action within 21 business days.
No Children’s Marketing
Goldvion Jewellery Gifting does not target marketing communications at children, use children’s data for profiling or advertising, or share children’s data with third parties for any commercial purpose.
