Products and Descriptions
Goldvion Jewellery Gifting offers personalised charm jewellery gift sets in tiered options, which may include: customer-selected charms, a base jewellery piece (necklace or bracelet), mystery gift(s), and gift packaging. All product listings are subject to change and availability without prior notice.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Mystery gifts are non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, curated at our sole discretion.
Website — “As Is” and “As Available” Basis
Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Goldman Lifestyle PLT makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the website’s continuous operation, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Personalisation and Charm Selection
Charm selections are made by the customer at checkout and are FINAL upon order confirmation. Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accommodate changes, amendments, or cancellations to charm selections once an order is placed. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of payment. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Payment
We accept payment via HitPay, supporting the following methods (subject to availability):
- Credit and Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard
- FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — direct online banking (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others)
- DuitNow QR — national QR payment standard
- Touch’n Go eWallet (TNG)

- Boost
- ShopeePay
- Atome — Buy Now, Pay Later
- Other methods as made available by HitPay from time to time
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available. Full payment must be completed at checkout. Goldman Lifestyle PLT does not store, access, or retain your card or banking credentials at any point.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order — it does not constitute our final acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving: stock unavailability, payment failure or suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated:
- One (1) promotional code per order per customer
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount
- Non-transferable and have no cash value
- Valid only for the stated period and may be withdrawn without notice
- Misuse may result in order cancellation and disqualification from future offers
Acceptable Use
You must not use our website to:
- Post, transmit, or upload unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
